6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production speed of our POD partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our books are printed custom on-demand:

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item enters production or has been delivered.

  • We will gladly replace items at no cost if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging.

  • Our complete Refund & Return Policy is available on our website and is fully incorporated into these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify and may rely on third-party apps, printers, and payment processors.

  • These parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions or performance.
